Based in South Manchester, Guardian Care Group provides warm, professional and person-centred support across Manchester, Stockport, Trafford and neighbouring areas of Cheshire.
We work with private and self-funding clients, families, people using direct payments or personal budgets, local authorities and other commissioning organisations.
South Manchester.
Wythenshawe, Northenden, Baguley, Didsbury, Chorlton and surrounding communities.
Stockport and Surrounding Areas.
Heald Green, Gatley, Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Bramhall, Hazel Grove, Poynton and Stockport.

Our CQC status: Guardian Care Group is currently progressing through the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration process. We presently offer non-regulated community support, befriending and short breaks. Regulated personal care services will commence following successful CQC registration.
